Irie Private Home Management was developed with the client in mind.  In the mid-Vancouver Island region, where many of the residents are seasonal or operating tourism-focused accommodations, we recognized a significant need for professionally managed vacant homes, and concierge services to serve owners and vacation rental guests alike.  Our primary focus is making sure your most valuable investment is protected.  

Born and raised in BC, Owner/Operator Ryan has spent most of his life working directly with people in the service industry, accented by over 10 years directing operations in the paint industry.  He has established a strong network of local tradespeople and trusted contractors, and developed a keen appreciation for making sure things are done right - the first time.
